Hi, I'm Tracey! I'm a registered dietitian based in Tennessee. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and my Master's degree from the University of Tennessee in Martin. I spent nearly two years working in a hospital setting, where I supported patients with conditions like congestive heart failure, COPD, kidney disease, liver disease, pediatric conditions, and more.
I'm board certified with a specialty in kidney nutrition, with expertise in all stages of kidney disease, dialysis, transplant support, kidney stones, and beyond.
My approach is simple: I meet you where you are. I believe in setting realistic goals that fit your lifestyle — no crash diets, no extreme restrictions. Together, we'll build sustainable habits that help you feel your best for the long term.
Outside of work, you'll find me running, hiking, mountain biking, cooking, and spending time with my husband and our two blue heelers, Jax and Oslo. I'm passionate about helping you use nutrition as a tool to achieve what matters most to you and live a life you love.
